I love the heating feature, but the sizing runs a little small. I recommend going up a size for a better fit.

I like this product as it is a really good heating pad for the shoulder. The massage is a light vibration even on high setting so if you are buying for massage feature - nahhh - but as a heat source - thumbs up

Overall, I like this shoulder wrap primarily for its heating feature, though the vibration function doesn't add much benefit.

This heated shoulder wrap is a lifesaver. It's made of quality, durable material and is easy to use. Just attach the adjustable body strap and put it over your shoulder. There are several velcro areas to tighten or loosen so you can have it firm in just the right places.Once you have it in place, simply turn it on and it heats up quickly! You can choose from 3 heat settings. I started with the highest level but had to decrease it because it was too warm. There's also a mesh pocket on the inside for an ice pack if that works better for you. You also have your choice of 3 different vibration patterns, from short buzzes to continual longer vibrations so this is the whole shebang!The best part is that it's portable and rechargeable so I no longer have to sit in one spot trying to balance a heating pad over my shoulder. This feels like a life saver to me and will provide pain relief for years to come.

Belt is well constructed and adjustable. Mother in-law has been buying disposable heat belt patches, and this works well for her, and also saves her a lot of money. Easy to adjust temperature, and vibration massaging mode. Holds a charge for the you’re awhile.

I have chronic lower back pain and regularly use heat and ice. The heating belt offers three intensity settings, but the high heat feels too intense for me. While I won’t use the massage feature often, being able to move around with heat on my back is a game changer! The battery lasted about 3 hours, dropping from 97% to 76% on low heat. It charges with a standard USB-C cord (included, but no wall charger). The integrated battery and control module are convenient, and the sensitive touch controls have a lock feature to prevent accidental adjustments. Overall, I’m happy with the unit!

Great for my lower back and cramps. My lower lumbar area gets tense from sitting in my car and office chair. The vibration and heat setting eases the tense muscles. I turn the belt wrap around to use the heated area for belly aches and cramps. The highest heat setting gets hot like those plug in electrical heat pads. Love that this is cordless, I am able to use this freely while using walking on treadmill or working out.

The heat is not too fast and not too strong, distributed evenly throughout the product. It vibrates front and back portions and not the entire piece for different level massages. There is some sound to it as well. It is a bit bulky but covers most of the shoulder. The material is soft and velcro is easy to adjust. It takes a bit of patience to put it ON but it is simple.

This heated shoulder wrap has been such a huge plus for me. I have arthritis bad in my shoulder. I have been needing some comforters bad. When I saw this I couldn’t wait to get it. I felt the comfort of the heat and vibration instantly. It was instant comfort for me. It has different hearing and speeds. I can wear it all over the house. I don’t have to stay in one spot to wear it. I can wear it out if needed. The heat feels good to my shoulder. The strap is adjustable. It’s easy to use. This would make a nice gift too. It’s definitely worth it.

So far, this feels like a high quality product. The heating pad is great so that I can put it in place without having to worry about it falling or moving. The vibration is a bit strange. I haven't found a use for that, but maybe it will become more obvious as my shoulder heals from surgery. So far, I'm not able to move it, so maybe after a workout, it will be more useful. It seems other reviewers like it, so I will update this if I find that feature helpful. So far, the heating element is very helpful and I'm glad that I have it while I heal.

I’ve used this on a sore shoulder and the heat especially helps. The vibration is very loud, but it does vibrate as advertised. For me, I think the heat makes the most difference, but I’ll keep testing. Having this cord-free and rechargeable is absolutely awesome. It took a bit to figure out the fit originally, but that was a one-time thing. I’ll be using this regularly, if only for the heat.

Really what was important for me was does it do what I expected and it does. I lived with frozen shoulder for a long time and really wanted a heating/massager pad that fit perfectly over the shoulder - this does the trick. It offers the heat, it’s kind of molded to your shoulder and the vibration feels good on the frozen shoulder to give you comfort.The motors can be a little noisy but overall doesn’t bother me too terribly much but I did deduct one star because of the noise. Overall this is very nice, worth the price (based on the high quality) and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another if needed.

This shoulder wrap was a bit fussy to get in place. Arm was a tiny bit too wide for the basic strap and the it only needed a bit of the extender. And there was no real way to get the rest of the extender out of the way. Heat worked and felt great. Massage is vibration as described.
